2021 Lansing United Matchday and COVID-19 Protocols

To ensure the safety of spectators, staff, and players, the following health measures will be in place for Lansing United matches, effective May 20, 2021, and until further notice.

TICKETING

  • Tickets should be purchased in advance of the match at https://lanunited.com/schedule/womens/
  • Touchless payment for tickets on matchday will be available.
  • All tickets will be digital to allow for contactless entry.
  • Spectators must stay 6 feet away from spectators outside of their group.
  • Contact information for everyone will be collected when tickets are purchased in advance at lanunited.com.
  • Contact information will be used by the club to assist local and state public health officials during any case investigation and contact tracing that may be required, and with enforcement of quarantine and isolation requirements, as a result of attendance of a large outdoor event.

ENTRY TO EAST LANSING SOCCER COMPLEX

  • Based on state and local health information 300 spec
  • Spectators can enter through one of 2 gates.
  • At the end of the match fans will be able to exit at either of those 2 gates
  • Spectators are asked not to gather in large groups entering or exiting the Complex.

CONCESSIONS

  • Local officials have informed us that we are not allowed to offer concessions during the 2021 season.
  • Spectators are encouraged to bring their own food and drink to the East Lansing Soccer Complex

FACE MASKS

  • Considering the latest guidance from the CDC and state and local health officials, spectators will not be required to wear masks at the East Lansing Soccer Complex.
  • As always those that need, or want, to wear a mask should feel comfortable doing so at a Lansing United match

MAINTAIN PROPER DISTANCES

  • At least six feet of physical distance must be maintained from people outside of one’s group.

NO TOUCH PRACTICES

  • Tickets can be purchased via contactless methods.

COVID SCREENING

  • Spectators, employees, and players should not attend a large outdoor event while symptomatic even with a negative COVID-19 test, per current CDC guidelines.

COVID TESTING

  • Lansing United encourages all participants, spectators, and other individuals who attend large gatherings to seek a COVID-19 test at a state or local government testing center, health care center, or other testing location 1-3 days before the gathering.

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Lansing United will display signs regarding COVID-19 mitigation measures throughout the venue.
  • Regular PA announcements will be made regarding mitigation measures and other event rules.
